Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder engagement is a key pillar of our approach to responsible research.
We have stakeholder engagement teams in all the countries where we operate in Africa. These teams are comprised of social scientists, communications experts and stakeholder engagement practitioners and are responsible for engaging with stakeholders at all levels from the communities where we work, to district authorities, to national government officials and civil society representatives to international stakeholders.
For these activities, we listen to stakeholders, hear their questions and areas of interests or concerns. Based on this learning, we develop and use a number of communications tools that are adapted for each audience to best share information about every aspect of the project, as well as share information on malaria and prevention methods.
