New stakeholder engagement officer 

With an undeniable enthusiasm, I am excited to join the Target Malaria Burkina Faso team as the stakeholder engagement officer. My professional journey, has been shaped by a personal passion for communications and environmentalism, substantiated by a Bachelor’s degree in Communication for Development and a Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development obtained from the Université Aube Nouvelle in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. 

I have had the opportunity to work as a communication officer at Mutualité Femme et Développement du Burkina (MUFEDE-B), where my responsibilities included designing communication plans, analysing business performance, and raising awareness among vulnerable populations on various topics such as health, hygiene, and financial management. Managing social media and the website were also integral parts of my duties. Additionally, I have worked as an environmental consultant for the We Social Movement (WSM) program, conducting various awareness campaigns on the harmful effects of pesticides, spread across different regions of Burkina Faso. 

The field of scientific research, particularly towards fueling the fight against malaria, is dear to me, as I am vividly aware that this disease affects every Burkinabe. The opportunity to work with Target Malaria is an invaluable chance to contribute, on a personal scale, to the preservation of lives, both within my country and globally. Outside of my professional commitments, I cultivate a passion for gardening.
