Estelle Solange Toé is an experienced sociologist, recognized for her expertise in field research and her commitment to public health. With a Master’s degree in sociology, specializing in health, from Joseph Ky ZERBO University in 2011, she has built a solid career thanks to her recognized skills in collecting and analyzing sociological data, both quantitative and qualitative. She also specializes in facilitating focus groups and conducting individual and group interviews as part of stakeholder engagement.
Since 2021, Estelle Solange TOE has been putting her skills to work at the Institute for Health Sciences Research (IRSS) as Stakeholder Engagement Officer for the Target Malaria project at the regional level. Her mission is to make Target Malaria’s research accessible and understandable to a wide range of stakeholders.
She actively interacts with the administration, municipalities, associations, civil society organizations, as well as customary and traditional authorities, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding of the issues involved in this innovative research. Estelle speaks Samo, Dioula, and French.
