Réseau des jeunes scientifiques

Construire l’avenir de la science en Afrique

Target Malaria’s Young Scientist Network brings together students, interns and early career researchers and professionals involved in the partner institution of our project in order to provide a platform for sharing information, opportunities and advice to network across disciplines and geographies. The Network also highlights the promising contributions of young researchers to the fight against malaria, encouraging young Africans to embark on careers in science.

The objectives are for these team members to get access to training, networking and to grow their career and profiles. The members also service as ambassadors to Target Malaria and participate in our digital campaigns such as the « Entomology Explained » video series or “Africa Youth Month”.

« The fields of science and research need women, and this is particularly true in Africa, where women’s leadership must be encouraged in all areas of social and economic life »

Dr Léa Paré, Stakeholder engagement Manager, Target Malaria Burkina Faso

The network welcomes malaria researchers and activists to this online event. Subscribe to Target Malaria’s Youtube page to follow our upcoming events.
