Fort de plus de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de programmes, j\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincu que les interventions sanitaires efficaces reposent sur une forte participation des parties prenantes, un engagement significatif et des approches solides en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et de gestion des maladies.\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mon parcours professionnel m\u2019a donn\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de travailler sur divers programmes de sant\u00e9 et de d\u00e9veloppement, notamment dans les domaines du VIH\/sida, de la sant\u00e9 oculaire, de la filariose lymphatique, de l\u2019inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap et de la sant\u00e9 menstruelle. Ces exp\u00e9riences ont renforc\u00e9 ma passion pour le travail avec les communaut\u00e9s, les parties prenantes et les d\u00e9cideurs afin de soutenir des initiatives sanitaires percutantes et durables.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je suis titulaire d\u2019un master en planification et gestion de projets, d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en planification et gestion de projets, ainsi que d\u2019une licence en sciences sociales de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Makerere. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs programmes de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s qui ont encore consolid\u00e9 mes connaissances et mon exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de mise en \u0153uvre de projets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que charg\u00e9 de l\u2019engagement des parties prenantes \u00e0 Target Malaria Ouganda, je me r\u00e9jouis de nouer des relations constructives, de favoriser une communication ouverte et efficace, et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les parties prenantes soient bien inform\u00e9es et activement impliqu\u00e9es tout au long du parcours de recherche.
