Il est \u00e9galement important de noter que ces diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces ne peuvent pas s&rsquo;accoupler entre elles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le paludisme est transmis par la piq\u00fbre de <a href=\"https:\/\/targetmalaria.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Ecology_FS_EN_Anopheles-gambiae-s.l.-morphology_August20.pdf?%22%20%5Cl%20%22:~:text=Target%20Malaria%20works%20specifically%20on,species)%20Anopheles%20gambiae%20sensu%20lato.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moustiques femelles<\/a> du genre <em>Anopheles<\/em>. Plus de 500 esp\u00e8ces d&rsquo;anoph\u00e8les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crites dans le monde, et plus de 30 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique. Les anoph\u00e8les femelles pondent leurs \u0153ufs dans des eaux stagnantes, que ce soit dans des habitats naturels ou dans des sources d&rsquo;eau artificielles, telles que des seaux ou des pots de fleurs. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En termes d&rsquo;apparence, les moustiques anoph\u00e8les se distinguent des autres moustiques par leurs palpes (organes sensoriels situ\u00e9s pr\u00e8s de la bouche), qui sont aussi longs que la trompe. Les moustiques peuvent \u00eatre facilement confondus en raison de leur petite taille, mais ils sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents les uns des autres lorsqu&rsquo;on les \u00e9tudie de pr\u00e8s, en raison de leur apparence, de leurs comportements et des r\u00e9gions dans lesquelles ils vivent. Ces deux moustiques vivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des habitations ou dans les bois avoisinants, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant vivre \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Ils sont fr\u00e9quents dans les zones urbaines.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moustique <em>Aedes <\/em>est un piqueur diurne. Il se nourrit surtout t\u00f4t le matin et en fin d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi.
